Are you looking to be involved in a growing global team With our Digital Marketing team members spread across the globe this role has the unique opportunity to dive headfirst into driving paid digital marketing strategy and activity across several countries across the EMEA regionworking with our regional digital marketing managers country managers and local area marketing teams. This job can be worked fully remotely or at one of our offices across the globe you will be required to be based in or near the EMEA region.
As a Regional Performance Marketing Manager you will be responsible for:
Manage a team of performance marketers 46 people)
Implement effective paid digital advertising strategies to attract qualifiedprospects with costeffective strategies across Facebook Google and otherpaid advertising platforms.
Contribute to Crimsons paid digital marketing activity across multiplecountries working with Crimsons regional digital marketing managerscountry managers local area marketing teams and the global digitalmarketing team to drive for results.
Build test and optimize paid ad campaigns to consistently improveperformance
Analyse and report on campaigns A/B tests leads and revenue and ROI.
How youll know youre crushing it (KPIs):
Digital marketing revenue targets are achieved consistently across all markets you are working with.
Strong ROI across digital marketing channels.
The team consistantly meets its KPIs.
High engagement of stakeholders.
Consistent tracking reporting knowledge sharing and rapid iteration.
What skills and experience youll need:
At least 3 years of experience in a performance marketing role or similar
At least 2 years experience in remote people management in the EMEA/CIS
Handson experience with Facebook Ads & Google Ads
Familiarity with Google Analytics Marketo and Salesforce would be a plus
Strong attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience managing multiple projects in a fastpaced environment with other team members and stakeholders.
Ability to productively and efficiently collaborate with a globally dispersedteam.
Analytical and problemsolving skills.
Exceptional learning agility.
