Pastry Chef Instructor

Are you a pastry artist who loves to teach and inspire We re on the lookout for a talented Pastry Chef Instructor to join a renowned training academy in Abu Dhabi. If you have a passion for pastries and a flair for sharing knowledge this role is for you!

What You ll Be Doing:

• Deliver practical and interactive pastrymaking classes to aspiring chefs.
  

• Prepare lesson plans class materials and demonstrations aligned with the course structure.
  

• Teach a wide range of pastry skills from classic techniques to modern trends.
  

• Assess students progress and provide guidance to help them grow.
  

• Ensure a safe clean and professional learning environment.
  

• Keep up with industry trends and incorporate them into your lessons
  

Requirements

To be considered for this role you need to meet the following criteria:

• Professional experience as a Pastry Chef ideally in a highend kitchen or culinary school.
  
• Background in training coaching or mentoring is a big plus.
  
• A culinary degree or professional pastry certification is preferred.
  
• Excellent communication skills and an approachable teaching style.
  
• Passionate about food people and empowering future culinary talent.
  
• Willing to work onsite in Abu Dhabi 5 days a week.
