Monitors the quality of products and the proper operation of the equipment.
Checks the technical and sanitary condition of the machine and its units.
Ensure no damage/s on equipment.
Coordinates with the immediate supervisor and technicians in case of machinery breakdown or troubleshoot.
Maintains cleanliness of workplace and equipment preventing foreign objects on the equipment and at
workplace.
Working in compliance with various quality standards such as GMP HACCP Food Safety Awareness ISO.
Follows various SOPs within the department set out for the smooth functioning of machines.
Do CLIRT (Clean Lubricate Inspect Retightening) as per the checklist provided.
Inspection of product and packing of the product as per the given standard.
