- Ensure that all public areas are properly cleaned at all times.
- Prepare all the rooms or beds for new arrival staff.
- Report all maintenance/repair requests to the Accommodation Manager/Supervisor.
- Maintain a log book for all cleaning materials/equipment borrowed by the team members.
- Maintain a log book for all sports equipment borrowed by the team members.
- Conduct monthly inventory of furnitures fixtures appliances linens cleaning materials etc. as applicable.
- Ensure that proper key controls are in place.
- Report any fire or safety hazard to Accommodation Manager/Supervisor.
- Follow and recommend measures to minimize all wastage of materials and amenities are used in the department.
- Working under the supervision of medical officer and report directly with any needful process to medical officer.
- Cleaning and maintaining the clinic premise in an orderly manner daily.
- Provide overall assistance to HR/Training as required.
Qualifications :
23 years Experience in same field.
Basic English speaking
Good interpersonal skills

- Assist any Associate in his/her job performance when required to ensure guest satisfaction. Assist in implementing an effective training program for new and current associates
- Encourage problem solving by Associates through proper training and empowerment to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Establish effective communication with Associates to gain their trust and respect through his/her hard work. Maintain fair and consistent counseling and/or disciplinary procedures in accordance with Anantaras Guarantee of Fair Treatment Policy
- Identify and recommend incentive programs new ideas and methods of operation
