We are seeking a highly motivated and detailoriented Office Boy for one of our top high client in Ajman. The Office Boy is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the office assisting staff with administrative tasks and ensuring a smooth working environment by handling basic office support duties.
- Should be able to use computer and can do data entry for accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Office Maintenance & Cleaning:
Keep the office pantry and workspaces clean and organized.
Ensure meeting rooms are tidy before and after use.
2. Refreshments & Hospitality:
Serve tea coffee and water to staff and visitors.
Prepare refreshments for meetings when required.
3. Document Handling & Support:
Assist in photocopying scanning and filing documents.
Deliver documents or items to different departments or offices when required.
4. Office Supplies & Errands:
Monitor office supplies (stationery kitchen items etc. and report when restocking is needed.
Run office errands such as Data Entry on computer purchasing supplies paying bills or collecting documents
5. Administrative Assistance:
Assist in setting up meeting rooms and arranging chairs or equipment.
Support staff with minor tasks when requested.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
Basic knowledge of office procedures.
Ability to communicate in mention required language e.g. English Arabic.
Hardworking reliable and presentable.
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: AED 1800 full package 9 hours duty 6 days a week.
Should be able to use computer and can do data entry for accounts.
