The Real Estate Quality Assurance Officer will ensure the accuracy and quality of property listings monitor call center performance evaluate customer satisfaction and assess the effectiveness of sales and marketing processes. This role is crucial in maintaining the company s reputation and driving continuous improvement. Responsibilities: Review and verify property listings for accuracy completeness and compliance with company standards and regulations. Ensure marketing materials align with company quality standards and are accurately presented. Monitor call center interactions to maintain highquality customer service. Analyze customer feedback and satisfaction metrics to enhance client experience. Assess lead generation utilization and conversion rates for process improvements. Collaborate with the sales team to optimize lead management and deal closures. Evaluate marketing campaigns to determine return on investment (ROI) and overall effectiveness. Ensure compliance with UAE real estate laws and company policies. Generate detailed quality assurance reports for management. Provide actionable recommendations for business improvement. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Real Estate Quality Management or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate listing and call center. (Mandatory) Strong understanding of UAE real estate laws regulations and market dynamics. Proficiency in quality assurance methodologies and tools. Excellent analytical organizational and problemsolving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM systems.
