Our client a wellknown cultural and arts foundation in Abu Dhabi currently looking for a Marketing executive or specialist to join their team.
The Marketing executive/specialist will play a key role in supporting the marketing and communications efforts promoting our diverse range of music and arts programs and events to audiences in the UAE and beyond. This role requires a creative thinker with strong organizational skills and a passion for the arts.

Duties & Responsibilities
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the companys programs events and initiatives.
Coordinate the production of marketing materials including brochures posters flyers and digital content ensuring brand consistency and quality.
Manage the companys social media platforms including content creation scheduling and community engagement to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
Support the planning and of events and activations including artist performances exhibitions workshops and conferences.
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and activities and prepare reports to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams including program managers artists and designers to ensure cohesive and effective marketing communications.
Maintain and update website and online platforms with relevant content and information ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Assist with media relations activities including drafting press releases media pitches and responses to media inquiries.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends opportunities and competitor activities and provide recommendations for marketing strategies.
Provide general administrative support to the marketing and communications team including managing budgets processing invoices and maintaining databases.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in marketing Communications Arts Management or a related field.
5 years of experience in marketing communications or arts administration preferably in the cultural sector.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content for different audiences and channels.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms including social media management email marketing and website content management systems.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
Creative thinker with a passion for the arts and a willingness to explore innovative marketing approaches.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment with a positive attitude and a commitment to teamwork.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud applications is preferred.
