Salary: AED 6000 per month

Job Description:
We are looking for a Human Resources Executive to join a reputed polyclinic in Jumeirah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing HR operations recruitment and employee relations to ensure smooth organizational functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle endtoend recruitment onboarding and employee documentation
* Manage HR policies payroll coordination and employee benefits
* Oversee performance management and training programs
* Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and healthcare regulations
* Address employee concerns and maintain a positive work environment
Requirements:
* Prior experience in HR preferably in a healthcare setting
* Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment
Salary: AED 6000 per month
