We are seeking a detailoriented and decisive Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a Project Manager you will be responsible for overseeing multiple complex projects from initiation to completion ensuring they are delivered on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.
- Lead and manage crossfunctional project teams fostering a collaborative and goaloriented environment
- Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines milestones and resource allocation
- Monitor project progress identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide timely updates to stakeholders
- Manage project budgets ensuring costeffectiveness and financial accountability
- Coordinate with internal departments external vendors and clients to ensure smooth project
- Implement and maintain project management best practices and methodologies
- Analyze project performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for senior management
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains
- Mentor and develop junior project team members
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Engineering or a related field
- 15 years of proven experience in project management preferably in a corporate environment
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is highly desirable
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Excel Project and Word
- Experience with project management software such as JIRA Trello or Asana
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
- Proven track record in risk management and problemsolving
- Demonstrated experience in budget management and financial planning
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Adaptability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile Scrum Waterfall)
