We are looking for an experienced and customerfocused Restaurant Supervisor to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will oversee daily restaurant operations ensure excellent customer service and manage staff to maintain high service and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Train manage and motivate restaurant staff to provide excellent service.
- Ensure compliance with health safety and hygiene regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries complaints and special requests professionally.
- Monitor inventory and order food beverages and supplies as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining and kitchen areas.
- Assist in planning and executing promotional activities to boost sales.
- Prepare reports on sales customer feedback and staff performance.
- Work closely with management to implement policies and improve service quality.
Requirements
Education: Diploma or Bachelors degree in Hospitality Hotel Management or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 35 years of experience in a supervisory role in a restaurant caf or hospitality sector.
Skills: - Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent customer service and problemsolving skills.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
Language: Fluency in English is required (Arabic is a plus).
Availability: Willing to work in shifts weekends and public holidays.
