Black & Grey HR is hiring a Senior Architect for a leading construction company in Dubai UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and overseeing architectural design projects from initial concept through to project completion. This role requires extensive collaboration with clients engineers contractors and various stakeholders to ensure timely budgetfriendly and highquality project .
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the entire architectural design process ensuring projects align with client expectations and company standards.
Engage with clients to gather requirements and translate their vision into effective architectural solutions.
Develop and present design concepts through sketches 3D models and other visual representations for client approval.
Create comprehensive architectural drawings technical specifications and construction documents using software such as AutoCAD Revit and SketchUp.
Work closely with engineers contractors and consultants to ensure feasibility and adherence to timelines and budgets.
Conduct regular site visits and inspections to verify construction compliance with design intent and quality benchmarks.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring proper resource allocation and timely delivery.
Provide technical support and mentorship to junior architects fostering professional growth within the team.
Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes safety regulations and legal requirements.
Stay informed about the latest industry trends materials and technologies integrating them into innovative design solutions.
Assist in business development activities by contributing to proposal development and participating in client meetings.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Architecture or a related discipline.
1015 years of professional experience in architectural design and project management.
Proficiency in architectural design software including AutoCAD Revit and SketchUp.
Strong leadership and communication skills to manage crossfunctional teams and client interactions.
Exceptional organizational and project management abilities with a keen eye for detail.
Deep understanding of building codes safety regulations and industry best practices.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
