Vice President Platform Sales & Implementation

Location: Dubai with regular travel to Saudi Arabia & other countries in MENA

Experience: 1015 years in B2B tech sales fintech solutions presales and platform implementation (preferably within the GCC banking sector)

About the Role

This role is a leadership position combining:
Sales & Business Development Driving revenue growth and strategic partnerships in the banking sector.
PreSales & Solution Consulting Engaging clients conducting product demonstrations and aligning solutions with their needs.
Implementation & PostSales Support Ensuring successful deployment adoption and retention of Yubi s platform.

You will be responsible for developing gotomarket strategies closing highvalue deals leading solution implementations and ensuring longterm customer success in the Saudi banking ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Revenue Ownership: Drive revenue growth for all platform offerings of Yubi including LOS/LMS Supply Chain Finance CoLending Securitisation Debt Collection Platform solutions and Data Products ensuring market penetration in Saudi Arabia.

  • Client Acquisition: Identify engage and secure partnerships with banks financial institutions and BFSI players.

  • GotoMarket Strategy: Develop customized sales strategies aligned with banking sector trends and regulatory landscapes.

  • PUA & Billing : Manage Purchase Order (PO) signings and ensure timely invoicing for closed deals.

  • Negotiation & Deal Closure: Lead contract negotiations and pricing discussions to close highvalue transactions.

PreSales & Solution Enablement

  • Client Engagement: Understand client pain points provide technical and business value assessments and position Yubi s solutions effectively.

  • Product Demonstrations: Deliver compelling demos and presentations showcasing technical advantages ROI and business benefits.

  • Proposal Development: Craft detailed RFIs/RFPs solution presentations and strategic sales pitches.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as a bridge between clients sales and product teams to ensure a seamless presales process.

Implementation & Customer Success

  • Platform Deployment: Lead the onboarding and implementation of Yubi s solutions ensuring seamless integration.

  • PostSales Support: Provide expert guidance ensuring optimal platform adoption and issue resolution.

  • Client Retention & Growth: Cultivate longterm relationships identifying upsell and crosssell opportunities.

  • Strategic Account Planning: Develop account strategies to increase engagement product adoption and renewals.

Market Intelligence & Strategy

  • Industry Expertise: Stay ahead of BFSI trends fintech innovations and competitor offerings.

  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure platform solutions adhere to Saudi Arabian and UAE financial regulations.

  • Competitive Analysis: Provide insights into market trends to refine Yubi s product positioning.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 1015 years of experience in B2B tech sales fintech SaaS or banking technology solutions.

  • Proven ability to manage endtoend sales cycles from lead generation to contract signing and implementation.

  • Experience working with Loan Origination Systems (LOS) Loan Management Systems (LMS) Supply Chain Finance CoLending Securitisation and digital lending platforms is highly desirable.

  • Strong network of banking executives and decisionmakers in UAE & Saudi Arabia.

  • Experience in stakeholder management solution consulting and fintech implementation.

  • Deep understanding of GCC banking regulations digital banking and financial product offerings.

  • Bachelors/Masters degree in business finance or computer science; MBA is a plus.

  • Fluency in Arabic is required.
