الوصف الوظيفي
Develop and implement new features and services using Rust.
Provide architectural oversight enforce best practices and ensure alignment with company goals.
Lead the team: conduct code reviews mentor engineers and support their professional growth.
Collaborate with development trading and DevOps teams to discuss requirements and design solutions for the trading platform.
Maintain and enhance existing modules based on business needs and feedback.
Ensure the quality reliability and performance of solutions through automated (unit integration performance) and manual testing in cooperation with the QA team.
Play a key role in recruiting onboarding and retaining toptier engineering talent.
Qualifications :
Strong backend development experience in Rust
Proven experience leading a team of 23 developers in a handson leadership role (playercoach)
Deep interest in HFT and algorithmic trading.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to engage with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
