Key Responsibilities:
Develop & implement structured training programs covering PLM systems (Teamcenter Windchill) Six Sigma and Design of Experiments (DOE).
Drive simulationbased optimization to enhance product performance and reliability.
Integrate PLM workflows with engineering processes for seamless collaboration.
Provide technical mentorship to engineers solving complex design challenges.
Support prototyping & validation of aerospace and defense products.
Requirements
Master s or PhD in Aerospace Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering.
10 years in product development & lifecycle management in Aerospace & Defense.
2 years of experience delivering technical training on product development.
Expertise in simulation workflows PLM integration and optimization tools (Ansys OptiSLang Minerva).
Strong leadership & mentoring skills.
