Job Title: Junior Sponsorship Outreach
Location: Dubai UAE
Salary: AED 2000 per month (Base Salary)
Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Junior Sponsorship Outreach to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will assist in identifying engaging and securing sponsorships for events programs and initiatives. You will play a key role in building relationships with potential sponsors crafting tailored proposals and ensuring the success of sponsorship partnerships. This is a great opportunity to gain handson experience in sponsorship sales and event management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential sponsors for upcoming events programs or initiatives.
- Reach out to and engage with businesses and organizations to explore sponsorship opportunities.
- Prepare and send customized sponsorship proposals and presentations.
- Negotiate sponsorship terms and ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Manage communication between sponsors and internal teams to ensure deliverables are met.
- Track and report on sponsorship engagement and success metrics.
- Assist in fostering longterm relationships with sponsors for future collaborations.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential sponsors.
- Proficiency in creating presentations and proposals.
- Goaloriented with the ability to meet and exceed sponsorship targets.
- Previous experience in sales business development or event coordination is a plus.
