Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Strategy & Treasury: Manage budgeting forecasting liquidity and capital allocation.
- Tokenomics & Liquidity: Oversee token supply PSP settlements staking and stablecoin reserves.
- Revenue & Cost Control: Track transaction fees optimize financial efficiencies and mitigate market risks.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure AML/KYC adherence financial audits and governance transparency.
- Fundraising & Investor Relations: Attract institutional investors and manage fund allocation strategies.
- Risk & Treasury Security: Implement smart contract security and hedging strategies.
- Financial Reporting: Maintain onchain analytics treasury dashboards and investor reports.
- TVL Growth & Liquidity Stability
- Token Circulation & Revenue Optimization
- Fundraising Success & Regulatory Compliance
- Crypto & DeFi Expertise: Strong understanding of tokenomics staking and liquidity pools.
- Treasury & Risk Management: Experience managing largescale crypto assets.
- Regulatory Knowledge: AML/KYC compliance and global financial regulations.
- Fundraising & Investor Relations: Proven experience with institutional investors and token sales.
