Supply Chain Manager

Our client a prominent automotive company is seeking a dedicated and experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead the development and execution of strategic plans aimed at streamlining supply chain operations. In this role you will be responsible for optimizing operational efficiency reducing costs and enhancing customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include managing procurement inventory production planning and logistics while ensuring alignment with company objectives. You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure the smooth flow of materials and information across the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure adherence to ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System standards.

Develop and execute strategic supply chain plans to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Supervise endtoend supply chain operations from procurement to logistics.

Collaborate with procurement production sales and finance departments to align activities with company goals.

Monitor KPIs analyze data and implement enhancements.

Select suppliers based on quality reliability and costeffectiveness.

Cultivate strong supplier relationships for timely and quality services.

Optimize inventory levels to meet demand efficiently.

Proactively identify and address supply chain risks.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Management Logistics Business Administration or related field (Master s degree preferred).

having work experience in OEM Automotive as Supply Chain Manager

Skills:

Strong proficiency in data analysis and process improvement.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Capability to oversee complex logistics operations and effectively mitigate risks.

Willingness to travel internationally extensively.
