Job Opportunity: Car Care Supervisor
Location: Sharjah
Position Overview:
Our client a newly established workshop in Sharjah is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Car Care Supervisor to lead their Car Care Department. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations ensure topnotch services and manage a team to deliver exceptional results. Arabicspeaking candidates are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all activities within the Car Care Department including detailing polishing ceramic coating restoration window tinting and PPF installation.
- Monitor team performance and provide training to maintain highquality standards.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Oversee inventory management and ensure the availability of necessary supplies and tools.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflow and efficiency.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the workspace adhering to safety protocols.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the car care or automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of car care techniques including detailing polishing ceramic coating window tinting and PPF installation.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Arabicspeaking candidates are highly preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
