الوصف الوظيفي
Strategic Financial Leadership Oversee the financial operations of multiple properties within the Shared Services ensuring financial stability profitability and compliance with corporate policies and local regulations.
Develop and implement financial strategies budgeting forecasting and costcontrol measures to optimize revenue and drive financial growth.
Lead and mentor finance teams across properties fostering a highperformance culture while ensuring adherence to financial standards audits and internal controls.
The location will be Accor Shared Services and it will handle 8 properties
Qualifications :
Proven experience in multiproperty financial leadership including budgeting forecasting cost control and financial analysis within the hospitality industry.
At least 5 years of experience in a senior finance role or similar role overseeing financial operations ensuring adherence to international accounting standards internal controls tax regulations and corporate governance policies.
A resultsdriven leader with the ability to develop and mentor finance teams manage largescale financial projects and collaborate effectively with the Regional General Manager General Managers Owners and Corporate Finance teams. Expertise in financial systems process optimization and implementing innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency and costeffectiveness
