We are seeking an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) to help shape the future of our programs and services by bringing innovative ideas entrepreneurial thinking and actionable strategies to our growing organization.
Tasks
Program Development and Support
- Assist in designing Agile training programs and certifications ensuring cultural adaptability and relevance for diverse industries.
- Research and propose innovative Agile practices tailored to startups and SMEs.
Market Research and Growth
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities in the MENA region and beyond.
- Support the development of strategic partnerships with universities startups and corporate clients.
Content Creation and Thought Leadership
- Draft engaging content such as blogs and articles on Agile leadership cultural adaptability and entrepreneurship.
- Support the creation of visuals and presentations for webinars training sessions and marketing materials.
Community Engagement and Branding
- Assist in building relationships with industry influencers and thought leaders.
- Support social media campaigns and engagement efforts to expand the platforms reach.
Administrative and Strategic Support
- Collaborate with the founder on strategic initiatives to enhance platform offerings.
- Assist in operational tasks such as coordinating events organizing feedback and tracking program success metrics.
Requirements
- Educational Background: Currently enrolled in a bachelors or masters program in Business Management Marketing or a related field.
- Interest in Agile and Leadership: A passion for Agile methodologies leadership strategies and cultural diversity.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus).
- Creative and Analytical Mindset: Ability to think creatively and analyze data to propose innovative solutions.
- TechSavvy: Familiarity with tools like Canva Google Workspace or social media platforms is a plus.
