What you will be doing:

Marketing Strategy & Execution:

• Support marketing campaigns across digital print and events.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing initiatives to drive brand growth.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies with business goals.

Social Media & Digital Marketing:

• Manage and grow social media platforms (Facebook Instagram LinkedIn etc.).
• Create engaging content (posts graphics videos) to increase audience engagement.
• Monitor social media performance and adjust strategies based on metrics.
• Support paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads Instagram Ads) under guidance.

PR & Media Relations:

• Assist in developing PR strategies to boost brand visibility.
• Build and maintain relationships with media journalists and influencers.
• Help create and distribute press releases media kits and pitch stories to key publications.
• Track media coverage and assess the success of PR campaigns.

Event Planning & Local Collaborations:

• Help plan and execute events including local collaborations and partnerships.
• Assist in identifying and coordinating with potential partners for joint promotional activities.

Qualifications :

Your experience and skills include:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing PR Communications or related field.
• Some experience (internships parttime or 12 years) in PR social media or marketing.
• Strong communication skills and creativity.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools
• Passion for PR media trends and event planning.
• A proactive attitude willingness to learn and ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Experience: 12 years of relevant work experience in graphic design content creation and social media management.
• Valid UAE drivers license is required as the job entails traveling between Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
