- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude as they arrive at the restaurant.
- Present menus to guests answer questions about menu items and make recommendations based on their preferences.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests and enter them into the POS system.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately ensuring proper plating and presentation.
- Anticipate guests needs and promptly respond to requests for additional items or condiments.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests attending to their inquiries and resolving any concerns or complaints.
- Monitor tables to ensure that guests have everything they need including refilling drinks and clearing plates.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and other staff members to ensure smooth and timely service.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately following proper cash handling procedures.
- Assist in setting up and cleaning dining areas including arranging tables setting up utensils and maintaining cleanliness throughout the shift.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience as an F&B attendant or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong attention to detail in order taking food and beverage service and table setup.
- Friendly and outgoing personality with a genuine desire to provide exceptional service.
