Job Summary
Value Optimization specialist should have a focused insight into the workings and revenue opportunities of our business across all channels within Sales and Distribution.
The role would entail a detailed understanding of business needs and identify scope for growth across all products aiming to achieve the end goal of enhanced revenue by means of generation of ideas across channels.
Core Responsibilities
- Undertake Channel Profitability tracking and Variance Management.
- Provide business performance comparisons and provide insights for channel performance.
- Identify and implement opportunities for synergy across channels collaborate among channels benefitting overall sales performance.
- Act as SPOC for Sales and Distribution Incentives.
- Drive Projects and Transformation initiatives
- CRM Process requirements & use of Business Planning Tools for increasing efficiency of front line and the business in general
- Enabling and Tracking Sales plans for designation channels.
- Planning and implementing contests roll out of communication to front liners and monitoring performance during campaign period.
- Sharing Best Practices Framework with front liners.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree Masters degree is a plus
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Banking environment.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel.
- Excellent written verbal analytical and communication skills.
- Must be able to effectively coordinate with other departments and work together as a team to effectively deliver on requirements.
