We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Commis II to join our culinary team at So/ Uptown Dubai. As a Commis II you will play a crucial role in supporting our kitchen operations assisting in food preparation cooking and maintaining kitchen cleanliness. - Assist in the preparation of ingredients for various dishes
- Execute basic cooking techniques under the supervision of senior chefs
- Follow recipes accurately and maintain consistency in food quality
- Support the creation of dishes by performing assigned tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards

Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a culinary program or certificate is preferred
- Basic knowledge of culinary techniques food preparation methods and kitchen equipment
- Previous experience in a professional kitchen is advantageous; entrylevel positions or internships are acceptable
- Strong knife skills and proficiency in basic cooking techniques
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and attention to detail
- Solid understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods lift heavy objects and perform repetitive tasks
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage time effectively
