Whats On Your Plate
- Delivery Box Operations: Schedule install track and maintain 3PL delivery boxes. Manage surplus boxes through timely collection and conduct monthly box count confirmations.
- Compliance Audits: Receive verify and submit all required 3PL documentation (e.g. trade licenses insurance delivery box permits and bank documents). Perform onground audits of 3PL operations to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Insurance Processing: Process rider accidental insurance claims.
- Inventory & Fraud Management: Collaborate with the inventory team to ensure correct management of rider equipment. Review fraud cases and ensure necessary actions are taken by 3PLs.
- Project Support: Assist the 3PL team in project execution providing administrative and operational support as needed.

- Languages: Fluency in English (written and verbal) is a must. Knowledge of Hindi Urdu or Arabic is a plus.
- Drivers License: Preferred but not mandatory.
