الوصف الوظيفي
- Direct day to day corrective maintenance activities at project site include daily scheduling of programs and handling the complete resources in project dedicated to civil works
- Ensuring efficient and competent handling of resources without losing of man hours at site and following up till every works are completed at site in coordination with site supervisor / foreman.
- Assisting project manager in implementation of corrective maintenance works from work order receive to close out period.
- Assist in chasing / followup and closing the work orders in compliance to target finish date.
- Conduct inspection at site with regards to record and rectify the defects and submit proposals for its rectification works.
- Develop required documents for site implementation such as method statement cost estimate and specifications as per BOQ / Contract for current maintenance contract.
- Preparation / review of joint measurement sheets to be submitted to RTA upon completion of each CM works comparing with plan and actual
- Routine coordination with RTA for site issues & undertakes joint inspections upon completion of each works.
- Coordination with any subcontractors / supplier for the completion of all the works on / before time.
- Regularly study the new developments taking place in construction / maintenance industry and keeping an up to date knowledge to different area of domain.
- Efficient tracking and follow up the work orders created through Maximo software and following up the work orders to be created by RTA / Coordinating to compleate the work orders competently.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor of Civil Engineering from a reputed university
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar capacity in Infrastructure projects
