What you will be doing
As a Project Coordinator your key responsibilities will include:
- Project Quoting & Requirements Gathering: Engage with clients to gather project requirements and provide accurate tailored quotes.
- Workload Management: Oversee team workload ensuring balanced task distribution to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Project Allocation: Assign projects based on team members expertise and capacity maximizing resource utilization and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients maintaining regular communication to provide updates and resolve issues promptly.
- Client Meetings: Lead regular calls with clients to discuss progress address challenges and provide solutions.
- Tool & Resource Management: Ensure effective utilization and maintenance of project management tools and software to streamline operations.
- Knowledge Sharing: Organize knowledgesharing sessions to promote continuous learning and professional development.
- 1:1 Support: Conduct regular oneonone meetings with course creators to monitor project progress offer guidance and address any obstacles.
- Collaborate with SMEs: Work with subject matter experts to understand the training needs of target audiences and ensure alignment with course objectives.
- Instructional Design Support: Assist course creation teams in achieving instructional goals while applying best practices in instructional design and learning technologies.
What you will bring:
- Bachelors degree in a related field (e.g. Project Management Education Communications)
- Proven experience in project coordination or management preferably in course creation or educational settings.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
