NVOCC and Freight Forwarding Sales and Business Development Executive

Location: UAE

Job Type: FullTime

Salary: BOE

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales and Business Development Executive specializing in NVOCC (NonVessel Operating Common Carrier) and Freight Forwarding services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the UAE market exceptional sales acumen and an indepth understanding of freight logistics supply chain solutions and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Revenue Generation:

    • Develop and execute sales strategies to secure new business for NVOCC and freight forwarding services.
    • Achieve sales targets by acquiring and maintaining key clients in the UAE market.
  • Business Development:

    • Identify new business opportunities and expand the companys customer base.
    • Conduct market research to understand trends competitor activities and customer needs.
    • Build and maintain relationships with shipping lines vendors and industry stakeholders.
  • Customer Relationship Management:

    • Act as a trusted point of contact for clients ensuring satisfaction and longterm partnerships.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements.
  • Operations Coordination:

    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless handling of freight operations.
    • Provide accurate pricing quotes and service options to clients.
  • Reporting & Analysis:

    • Maintain and update sales reports client activity logs and revenue projections.
    • Monitor sales performance metrics and recommend improvements where necessary.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience:

    • Minimum 23 years of proven experience in NVOCC and freight forwarding sales within the UAE.
    • Strong understanding of the UAE logistics market customs regulations and industry standards.
  • Skills:

    • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
    • Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
    • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Other Requirements:

    • Existing client portfolio in the UAE market.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
    • Valid UAE drivers license and willingness to travel as required.
