Job Title: Warehouse Manager
Reports To: Operations Manager
Direct Reports: Warehouse Staff
Working Schedule: 6 days per week (Monday Saturday)
Job Overview:
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations including inventory management logistics returns and quality control. The role ensures efficiency costeffectiveness and high customer satisfaction while maintaining seamless communication across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operations Management: Oversee production warehousing and logistics to ensure timely product delivery and cost optimization.
- Inventory & Supply Chain: Manage inventory levels stock control returns and supplier relationships.
- Team Leadership: Lead mentor and develop the operations team to enhance performance and collaboration.
- Quality Control: Ensure product quality meets company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Maintain safety standards and ensure regulatory compliance.
- CrossDepartment Communication: Facilitate clear communication between operations and other departments to ensure smooth workflows and resolve potential conflicts.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Operations Management Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in operations management preferably in manufacturing or the lighting industry.
- Skills: Strong leadership problemsolving and inventory management skills with the ability to drive efficiency and continuous improvement.
