AI Product Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy & Vision: Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for AIpowered products aligned with business goals and customer needs. Identify market opportunities define AI product requirements and drive the roadmap.
  
  
• CrossFunctional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering data science design marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product development and gotomarket execution.
  
  
• DataDriven DecisionMaking: Leverage data user feedback and market research to guide product decisions. Analyse product performance metrics and iteratively improve the product
  
  
• AI Model & Algorithm Understanding: Collaborate with AI/ML engineers and data scientists to ensure technical feasibility and alignment of the product with AI algorithms and machine learning models.
  
  
• CustomerCentric Focus: Gather and prioritise customer feedback and ensure the AI product delivers realworld value. Create user stories feature specs and user flows that translate customer needs into actionable product deliverables
  
  
• Roadmap Management: Define and maintain a product roadmap balancing shortterm priorities with longterm goals. Ensure timely and successful delivery of features through sprint planning and execution.
  
  
• GoToMarket Strategy: Develop and execute product launch plans in collaboration with the marketing sales and customer success teams. Help position the product in the market and ensure it is wellreceived by users
  
  
• Product Lifecycle: Manage the endtoend product lifecycle from ideation through to launch and iteration ensuring that the product meets user needs and business objectives.
  
  
• Stakeholder Management: Communicate product status updates and changes to senior leadership and other key stakeholders. Ensure alignment across teams and address any risks or issues proactively.
  

Requirements

• Experience: 3 years of experience as a Product Manager with a proven track record of successfully managing and launching AIdriven products or features.
  
  
• AI/ML Knowledge: Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies including machine learning algorithms natural language processing (NLP) computer vision and other AI applications. Technical familiarity with AI concepts is a plus.
  
  
• Product Management Skills: Solid experience in product strategy roadmap development and managing product lifecycles. Ability to translate customer needs and business goals into actionable product plans.
  
  
• DataDriven: Strong analytical skills and the ability to make datadriven decisions. Experience working with product analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics Mixpanel etc.) to monitor product performance and iterate accordingly.
  
  
• Collaboration: Excellent collaboration skills to work with crossfunctional teams including engineering data science UX/UI marketing and sales.
  
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience creating product documentation user stories and presentations for both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  
  
• UserCentric: Experience working in customercentric environments with a focus on creating valuedriven AI products that meet realworld user needs.
  

• Agile Methodology: Familiarity with Agile development practices (e.g. Scrum Kanban) and experience working in an Agile environment.
