Position Summary:
The Marketing Director will lead the overall marketing strategy for Al Marwan Development overseeing the development and execution of marketing plans that drive brand visibility customer engagement and revenue growth. The role requires a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in real estate marketing branding digital strategies and team leadership. The Marketing Director will work closely with the senior leadership team to align marketing efforts with the companys business objectives and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Leadership:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance Al Marwan Developments brand position and market presence.
- Lead and manage the marketing department providing guidance and support to ensure the teams success.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align marketing goals with the companys business objectives and growth plans.
Brand Development & Management:
- Oversee the development of brand identity and messaging ensuring consistency across all platforms.
- Create and implement brand campaigns that resonate with target audiences and build longterm brand loyalty.
Digital & Traditional Marketing:
- Oversee digital marketing strategies including SEO SEM email marketing social media and content marketing.
- Plan and execute traditional marketing initiatives such as print media events and partnerships.
Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs industry trends and competitive landscapes.
- Analyze marketing performance and adjust strategies based on data insights to maximize ROI.
Advertising & Media Relations:
- Develop and manage advertising campaigns (both digital and traditional) working with external agencies and media partners.
- Build and maintain relationships with media outlets influencers and industry professionals to ensure maximum brand exposure.
Lead Generation & Sales Support:
- Work closely with the sales team to generate qualified leads and support sales efforts through targeted marketing initiatives.
- Oversee the development of sales collateral promotional materials and campaigns to drive conversions.
Event Management:
- Plan and execute highprofile events such as property launches trade shows and client engagements to promote the brand and foster customer relationships.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing or a related field. A Masters degree in Marketing or related field.
- Minimum of 810 years of experience in marketing with at least 5 years in a leadership role preferably in the real estate industry.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies in the real estate or construction sector.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms including SEO SEM Google Analytics and social media.
- Excellent communication leadership and project management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality.
- Creative mindset with strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
Other Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with crossfunctional teams in a dynamic and fastpaced environment.
- Indepth knowledge of the local market and real estate trends.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
