What Were Looking For:
- Experience: At least 1 year in Dubais real estate market (offplan or secondary).
- Fluency: Proficiency in English; Scandinavian or other additional languages are a plus.
- Location: Candidates already based in Dubai preferred. If youre not yet a resident you must have enough savings to support yourself for 36 months until commissions start rolling in.
- Drivers License and Car: A valid UAE drivers license and your own car are required.
- Professionalism: We value dedication punctuality and preparation. Candidates who do not show up on time or fail to attend scheduled meetings will not be considered.
Hiring Process:
Step 1:Online Google Meeting screening call.
Step 2:Online meeting with our Senior Sales Manager.
Step 3:Final meeting in person or online with our COO.
Step 4:Offer letter issuance.
