We are seeking a detailoriented and experienced Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. In this role you will be responsible for managing financial records preparing reports and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. You will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of our financial statements while also supporting the organizations strategic financial planning and analysis efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices as well as proficiency in financial software and tools. You will work closely with other departments to provide financial insights that drive business decisions. Your analytical skills will be crucial in identifying areas for improvement and ensuring optimal financial operations. Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain financial records including balance sheets income statements and cash flow statements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations including GAAP and tax laws.
- Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies on time.
- Provide financial analysis and reporting to assist in strategic decisionmaking.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts monitoring variances against projections.
- Manage payroll processes and ensure timely and accurate disbursement of employee salaries and benefits.
- Coordinate with external auditors during the audit process and assist in the preparation of necessary documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
- Proven experience as an accountant or in a similar financial role preferably with 3 years of experience.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles tax regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
