We are looking for a detailoriented and fasttyping Data Entry Specialist to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting updating and maintaining company data in digital systems while ensuring high levels of accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter update and verify data in company databases spreadsheets and systems.
- Perform data cleaning and validation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical records.
- Retrieve and review documents for data entry ensuring correct formatting and consistency.
- Assist in generating reports and summaries as required by management.
- Work with various teams to ensure timely and errorfree data processing.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Conduct regular quality checks to identify and correct data discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and data security standards.
Requirements
Requirements:
- High school diploma or Bachelor s degree in Business Administration IT or a related field.
- 13 years of experience in a data entry or administrative role (UAE experience preferred).
- Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 4060 words per minute).
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel Word Outlook) and data management software.
- Ability to work with large volumes of data with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
