Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced M&A Analyst to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will work on various M&A transactions providing financial analysis due diligence and deal execution support.
Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct financial analysis including financial modeling valuation and scenario planning.
2.Assist in conducting due diligence on target companies including reviewing financial statements contracts and other relevant documents.
3. Support deal execution including drafting pitch books information memoranda and other marketing materials.
4.Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify potential acquisition targets.
5. Assist in managing client relationships including presenting findings and recommendations to clients.
6. Work closely with crossfunctional teams including investment bankers lawyers and accountants.
Requirements
1.Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field. MBA or CFA certification preferred.
2. 24 years of experience in M&A investment banking or related field.
3.Strong financial analysis modeling and valuation skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
4.Fluency in English required; Arabic language skills preferred.
