We are seeking a highly skilled and detailoriented Finance Manager with proven expertise in the real estate industry.
What will you do
- Monitor the daytoday financial operations within the company such as payroll invoicing and other transactions
- Oversee financial department employees including financial assistants and accountants
- Contract outside services for tax preparation auditing banking investments and other financial needs as necessary
What are we looking for
- Must hold relevant bachelors degree plus CA qualification or equivalent
- Min 3 years of experience in a finance role within the real estate sector
- Superior mathematical skills; leadership skills and experience
- Understanding of data privacy standards; solid communication skills both written and verbal
