Nursery manager

A well-established Nursery in the UAE-Abu Dhabi is seeking to hire a qualified and experienced Nursery Manager to lead and oversee the functions and operations of the nursery in Abu Dhabi.

She will be responsible for hiring, leading, and supporting the staff members in the day-to-day management and administration of academic, educational, and other operations. Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

• At least five years of experience as a Manager or equivalent position at a preschool/Nurseryy.

• Must be fully aware and knowledgeable about the EYFS curriculum

• Must be Cache 5 qualified or equivalent academic qualification

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, team-building, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead a committed team of educators.

• Demonstrated experience in the financial management of a school, with the ability and skills to manage the assigned revenue and expenses budget.

• The ability to recruit and retain highly qualified teachers and other staff

• People friendly with a pleasant personality.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED10,000.00 to AED15,000.00 /month Experience:
