Responsibilities
- Design develop and implement stateoftheart Generative AI models and solutions tailored to client needs.
- Work on projects involving deep learning frameworks (e.g. TensorFlow PyTorch) and natural language processing (NLP) models like GPT BERT or similar architectures.
- Develop and finetune AI algorithms for tasks such as text generation image synthesis and other generative applications.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate AI solutions into client workflows and systems.
- Deliver highquality interactive training sessions to client workforces on AI concepts tools and best practices.
- Create userfriendly documentation tutorials and resources to support client teams in understanding and using AI technologies.
- Adapt training methods to meet the varying levels of technical expertise within client teams.
- Partner with clients to identify business challenges and opportunities that can be addressed through Generative AI.
- Ensure timely delivery of AI solutions maintaining highquality standards.
- Stay updated on advancements in Generative AI sharing insights and innovations with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct technical workshops demos and presentations to showcase AI solutions.
- Provide handson support and troubleshooting for AI implementation challenges faced by clients.
Requirements:
Technical Expertise:
- Proven experience (3 years) in developing and deploying Generative AI solutions.
- Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency with libraries like TensorFlow PyTorch and scikitlearn.
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms neural networks and natural language processing (NLP).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS Azure or Google Cloud) for AI/ML deployment.
Soft Skills & Training Ability:
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills with experience in delivering technical training or workshops.
- Ability to explain complex AI concepts in simple terms to diverse audiences.
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and teams.
Educational Background:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Artificial Intelligence Data Science or a related field.
- Certifications in AI/ML or Python programming are a plus.
