Job Title: English Teacher (Arabic Speaker) with ADEK Approval (Female/Male)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate English teacher who is fluent in both English and Arabic to join one of our reputable schools in Al Ain.. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching English as a second language (ESL) and the ability to communicate effectively with Arabicspeaking students. You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons helping students improve their English skills in speaking reading writing and listening and supporting them in their overall academic development.
Key Responsibilities:

- Design prepare and deliver engaging English language lessons to students of varying proficiency levels.
- Assess and monitor students progress providing constructive feedback and support to enhance their language skills.
- Utilize a variety of teaching strategies and resources to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and language practice.
- Plan and implement activities that encourage cultural understanding and language immersion.
- Provide individual and group support to students including extra help for those needing additional assistance.
- Incorporate technology and online resources in lessons to enhance learning and engagement.
- Participate in school meetings parentteacher conferences and professional development activities.
- Ensure that lesson plans align with curriculum standards and learning objectives.
- Collaborate with other teachers to create a cohesive learning experience for students.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress attendance and behavior.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in English Education Linguistics or a related field. A teaching certification or ESL qualification (e.g. CELTA TEFL) is a plus.
- Native or nearnative proficiency in both English and Arabic.
- Previous experience teaching English as a second language (ESL) or in an educational setting is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of English grammar pronunciation vocabulary and language teaching techniques.
- Ability to effectively communicate with students and parents in both English and Arabic.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Patience creativity and the ability to motivate and inspire students.
- Familiarity with educational technology and online learning platforms.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Salary: AED 3000 to AED 5000
