We are currently looking for a highly skilled and motivated Project Managerto join our team.
Job Scope:
Responsible for planning executing and overseeing the successful completion of construction projects. And to ensure that projects deliverables are delivered on time within budget and in compliance with safety and quality standards.
Job Duties:
- Define project scope goals and objectives.
- Develop a comprehensive project plan including timelines budgets and resource requirements.
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals for construction activities.
- Coordinate with all project stakeholders to allocate resources efficiently.
- Hire and supervise construction personnel as required within the project.
- Manage and monitor the project budget expenses and cost control.
- Oversee all construction activities ensuring they are carried out according to the project plan and quality standards.
- Monitor progress track milestones and address any deviations from the plan.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulations on the construction site.
- Provide regular updates and reports on project status issues and risks.
- Address and resolve any concerns or disputes that may arise during construction.
- Implement and enforce quality control procedures to ensure the project meets established standards and specifications.
- Identify potential risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.
- Address and resolve any unexpected issues that may impact project progress.
- Evaluate and manage change orders and variations to the original project scope.
- Assess the impact of changes on budget schedule and resources.
- Ensure all project deliverables are completed to the clients satisfaction.
- Conduct a thorough project closeout process including final inspections documentation and handover of the infrastructure to the client.
- Prepare and submit final project reports and documentation.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or a related field
- Masters degree is a plus
Experience:
- 10 plus years of experience as a Project Manager in Roads Bridges & infrastructure projects.
- RTA Approved.
Other Requirements:
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is preferred.
