- Consistently offer professional friendly warm and engaging service to Guests.
- Set up banquet rooms according to function requirements ensuring attention to detail in table settings linens glassware and equipment.
- Assist with the setup execution and breakdown of banquet events ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Maintain a detailed understanding of all banquet menus buffet setups and bar service options.
- Monitor and respond to Guest needs during events resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages.
- Participate in preevent briefings to understand the event schedule and expectations.
- Work closely with the Banquet Manager kitchen team and other departments to ensure seamless service.
- Ensure all linens are counted and handled properly at the end of shifts.
- Maintain and organize banquet equipment reporting any damage or shortages to the Banquet Manager.
- Handle Guest feedback and concerns efficiently escalating issues to the Banquet Manager when necessary.
- Attend preshift weekly and monthly meetings to enhance service standards and continuously improve the Guest experience.
