Spa Receptionist
As a Spa Receptionist you will be the first point of contact for our clients creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere from the moment they step into our spa. Your role will involve handling bookings managing client inquiries and ensuring smooth daily operations to enhance the overall guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Manage and coordinate appointment bookings cancellations and rescheduling.
- Answer phone calls emails and inperson inquiries providing accurate information about services treatments and promotions.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area ensuring a pleasant ambiance.
- Process payments handle transactions and manage cash register operations.
- Collaborate with spa therapists and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Address and resolve client complaints or issues in a timely and courteous manner.
- Keep track of inventory and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role preferably in a spa or hospitality setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic office equipment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A friendly and professional appearance with a passion for customer service.
