National Fire Fighting Manufacturing Company is a leading manufacturer of fire fighting equipment and supplies. We are committed to providing highquality reliable and innovative solutions to our clients in the fire safety industry. Our company is dedicated to creating a safe and healthy work environment for our employees and we are seeking a qualified Safety Inspector to join our team.
As a Safety Inspector you will be responsible for ensuring the compliance of our manufacturing processes with all relevant health and safety regulations. You will conduct regular inspections identify potential hazards and provide recommendations to improve safety standards. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail strong knowledge of safety regulations and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular inspections of the manufacturing facility to identify potential safety hazards.
Develop and implement safety policies and procedures in compliance with local state and federal regulations.
Train employees on safety procedures and provide ongoing safety awareness training.
Investigate accidents and incidents and provide recommendations to prevent future occurrences.
Maintain accurate records of safety inspections incidents and corrective actions.
Collaborate with management to develop and implement safety improvement plans.
Keep uptodate with changes in safety regulations and ensure compliance.
Conduct safety audits and provide reports to management.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree
NEBOSH certified
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to identify potential hazards and implement preventive measures.
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in MS Office and safety management software.
Should have minimum 2 years of GCC experience in safety
