Our client is looking to hire an Assistant Manager HR to implement the organization s HR strategy and oversee HR operations for the Dubai campus.The role involves fostering a positive work environment Lead Talent Acquisition ensuring alignment with business objectives and local regulations.
Responsibilities:
HR Strategy Implementation:
Execute HR policies and practices to support a positive organizational culture.
Align HR initiatives with business direction and organizational values.
Talent Acquisition & Management:
Lead recruitment efforts for the Dubai campus utilizing diverse channels to minimize costs.
Manage the Performance Management Cycle and deploy HR processes like Talent Management Employee Engagement Surveys and Training.
Collaborate with Functional Heads and CHRO to secure top talent.
Employee Life Cycle Management:
Conduct orientations monitor career transitions and oversee exit interviews.
People Engagement:
Design and lead initiatives to boost employee engagement and satisfaction.
Facilitate employee satisfaction surveys and implement postsurvey interventions.
Grievance Management:
Address employee grievances to maintain motivation and ensure high engagement levels.
Monitor campus sentiment through regular interactions with employees.
Interactions:
Internal: Work closely with the Campus Head CHRO Functional Heads and all employees to ensure effective HR operations.
External: Engage with candidates for talent acquisition activities.
Requirements
MBA or a Equivalent Masters Degree in H.
5 to 7 years of extensive experience in HR roles.
Strong understanding of HR policies talent management and employee engagement strategies.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to manage internal and external stakeholders.
