QAQC Inspector FM

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced QA/QC Inspector to join our growing team. This individual will play a crucial role in ensuring that all project deliverables meet the highest quality standards and comply with all applicable regulations and specifications.

As a QA/QC Inspector you will be required to:

• Develop implement and maintain projectspecific quality plans procedures and checklists.

• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor and verify the quality of materials workmanship and construction activities.

• Identify and document any nonconformances deviations or potential risks.

• Issue NonConformance Reports (NCRs) and track corrective actions to ensure timely resolution.

• Collaborate with project teams subcontractors and clients to address qualityrelated issues and implement corrective measures.

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of inspections tests and corrective actions.

• Prepare and submit regular quality reports to project management and clients.

• Stay abreast of industry best practices codes and regulations.

• Participate in project meetings and provide input on qualityrelated matters

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field preferred with a minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a QA/QC Inspector in the civil engineering industry.

• Strong understanding of construction methods materials and quality control procedures.

• Familiarity with relevant codes standards and regulations (e.g. ACI ASTM IBC).

• Excellent communication interpersonal and problemsolving skills.

• Proficient in using Office Tools softwares and relevant inspection software.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.
