Al Marwan Group is a holding company established in 1978 Al Marwan Group has grown a strong diversified portfolio in Real Estate Development & Management Hospitality General Contracting and Heavy Machinery trading of brand new and used equipment for the Construction Mining Oil and Gas industries.
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Technical Architect to join our team and play a critical role in delivering outstanding architectural solutions.
Job Scope:
As a Senior Technical Architect you will lead architectural design teams collaborate with engineering professionals and drive innovative and functional project outcomes. This role demands strong technical expertise problemsolving abilities and leadership skills to manage projects from concept to completion.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand and translate project requirements into innovative designs.
- Lead multiple projects ensuring adherence to timelines budgets and quality standards.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to architects designers and engineers.
- Conduct site visits to ensure construction aligns with design specifications and building codes.
- Coordinate with consultants contractors and suppliers for seamless project execution.
- Review subcontractor plans to ensure compliance with codes and standards.
- Develop detailed architectural packages across all project stages with a focus on technical details.
- Stay updated on industry trends and integrate best practices into designs.
- Mentor and develop junior architects fostering professional growth.
Qualifications:
Education & Licensing:
- Bachelors degree in Architecture or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Licensed/Registered Architect.
Experience:
- 15 years of experience in an architectural firm with a proven track record in managing projects.
Other Requirements:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Advanced knowledge of architectural planning design processes construction documentation and code requirements.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
