Marketing Strategy
- Define the marketing strategy and activation plan for your brands across each region
- Understand brand guidelines and objectives to drive in the GCC market
- Liaise and work with your brand’s HQ on the full year marketing strategy and its execution ensuring a good flow of communication, continuous alignment, good organization and excellent execution
- Define all campaign objectives, assess results, and share findings and feedback to our internal team and brand HQs
- Manage creative briefs, development, and execution of all your brand activations with our partner agencies in collaboration with our brand HQs
Coordinate all in-store and mall activations with key stakeholders and ensure all deliverables are met and elements are supplied on time
- Coordinate with key stakeholders our promotional calendar including our Al Futtaim Blue Rewards offers
- Build and manage your brand’s budget, ensuring close monitoring of all expenses and ensure you stay within the allocated budgets
- Manage quarterly competitive reviews regarding collections, pricing, marketing/digital activities, or any new noteworthy initiatives.
- Ensure all campaign details are shared internally within the fashion division on a regular basis as well as campaign results.
- Manage all purchase orders for all our activities and update budget tracker accordingly
Digital
- Define and drive our paid and earned digital strategy working closely with your brand’s HQ team, our performance marketing team, and our local agencies
- Develop regional digital campaigns including content strategy, its conceptualization, coordination with our agencies, shoot production, and content delivery
- In line with brand guidelines, localise campaigns and communication to connect with GCC demographic
- Share detailed and well-organized briefs with our agencies and brand HQs for an efficient flow of work and communication
- Work closely with our e-commerce team to drive brand awareness and traffic to our websites
- Ensure digital budget is outlined and well managed for each campaign
- Share campaign results and digital performance based on pre-set objectives internally and with our brand HQ teams regularly
PR and Events
- Assist our agencies with all PR management, borrowings for influencer campaigns, and gifting creations
- Facilitate the process of providing relevant loan products to journalists for media coverage with proper documentations of item details in coordination with store
- Manage all brand events with agencies supporting the every step of the event development process and execution in a timely and organized manner
- Share recaps internally and with our brand HQs following each event to showcase an overview of the event and its digital impact
Required Skills to be successful:-
- Digital & PR experience a must
- Must be organized, thorough, with a great ability to multi-task
- Be flexible, collaborative, and organized
- Have a great analytical and strategic mindset and be able to draw conclusions and share recommendations
- Demonstrate creativity and outside the box thinking
- Have a great knowledge of the market and competitive landscape to influence
- Be proactive, efficient and know how to multi-task
- Be solution oriented
- Strong oral & communication skills in English – Arabic is a plus
What equips you for the role:
- Must have a minimum of 4-5 years’ experience in digital marketing & PR marketing.
- University Degree/ Masters preferred.
- Management and people development experience
- Data and Analytics experience and knowledge of how to determine trends from Data
- SAP or similar experience
- High level of MS Office
- Excellent data and trend analysis skills.
