Sales Responsibilities:

Payment Collection:
- Collect payments from customers as per agreed payment terms.
- Follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely collection.
- Maintain accurate records of payments and coordinate with the finance team.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Develop strong relationships with retail staff and managers to ensure smooth sales and merchandising operations.
- Address any customer queries or issues in a professional manner.
Reporting:
- Provide regular updates on sales performance merchandising and payment collections.
- Highlight any challenges or opportunities in the market to the sales manager.
