Mehan LLC is looking to hire a Technical Records Coordinator (UAE National only) for its client based in Abu Dhabi.
The Job Description is as below:
- Prepare conceptual layouts for expansion or modifications of existing facilities in accordance with Organizations requirements as defined by Senior Manager Engineering and by complying with local and international engineering standards.
- Prepare detailed drawings for Civil Mechanical/Piping Electrical Structural Instrumentations and other drawings for modifications and additions to the existing facilities based on recommendations and data from Engineers.
- Conduct field surveys and actual measurements to ensure dimensional correctness of the existing facility.
- Develop construction drawings required from various Facility Change requests.
- Provide material takeoff as required. Perform limited detailing works such as computations of pipeline elevations and distances and extraction of details from some standard drawings and codes.
- Prepare and circulate construction drawing packages for comments incorporate comments and develop final construction drawings.
- Collect asbuilt data from the field after completion of installation works and update the relevant drawings and documents.
- Review all drawings received from Contractors after project completion.
- Maintain the Master Documents electronic archive and update them periodically.
- Perform other similar or related duties as and when assigned by Senior Manager Engineering.
