The Role
- Monthly rest days: 4 days (one day per week) on a rotating schedule. Job Responsibilities: Familiarize and strictly adhere to the home sales service processes and standards building longterm stable relationships with clients by providing personalized soft furnishing custom furniture highend porcelain and custom home dcor services. Actively participate in various sales training organized by the company to continually learn and master product knowledge matching techniques and showroom display skills to enhance the customer service experience. Fully manage customer information including accurate recording of customer needs sales followup aftersales service and maintaining relationships with existing clients while actively developing and expanding new customer resources. Handle diverse sales scenarios and customer needs with resilience and flexibility under work pressure to ensure sales targets are met. Manage the showroom floor and exhibition areas including updating sample displays accurately maintaining product labels and ensuring a clean and appealing environment for an excellent shopping experience. Participate actively in team collaboration support the work arrangements of superiors and complete other tasks and goals assigned by the company.
Requirements
Requirements: Associate degree or higher with up to 2 years of experience in furniture home decor or luxury sales; experience with highend custom product sales processes is preferred. Professional appearance and etiquette with exceptional communication skills and customer service awareness able to provide clients with expert advice and solutions. Strong interpersonal skills able to integrate effectively within the team and drive team collaboration to achieve sales goals. Strong execution skills high sense of responsibility willingness to innovate and adept at applying different sales strategies and methods. Experience with social media marketing and promotion able to leverage online channels to expand brand influence and drive sales. Experience in customer relationship management (CRM) with the ability to accurately grasp customer needs and maintain longterm relationships. Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages (e.g. Arabic Russian) is preferred to better serve a diverse international clientele. Language Requirements: English: Fluent and proficient. Arabic: Preferred Russian: Preferred Additional Notes: Strong communication skills (tone and manner). Preference for candidates with furniture sales experience; experience in midtohighend brands is a plus. Employee appearance will be taken into consideration.
